Huawei failure to deliver within SLA

I ordered a Watch 6 GT on the 4th February (9 days ago / 7 working days ago)

They still haven’t delivered. They then proceeded to promise me a R600 voucher for the inconvenience, but then nothing after that as they keep promising that they’ll call. I then wanted to cancel my order after 8 days they said someone will be in contact , to this day I still haven’t gotten the watch.
