I ordered a Watch 6 GT on the 4th February (9 days ago / 7 working days ago) They still haven’t delivered. They then proceeded to promise me a R600 voucher for the inconvenience, but then nothing after that as they keep promising that they’ll call. I then wanted to cancel my order after 8 days they said someone will be in contact , to this day I still haven’t gotten the watch.
Advice on existing cases like they promised (yes not to represent you in court but advice)? --- No they don't do that I have 2 cases on their shelves and they have not gotten back to me, two weeks back I tried calling them multiple times and our line kept breaking. They said they had a system issue and that's why calls were about a few minutes long, this line has long waiting periods again. The most recent case has no follow up
