1. Laptop won't charge. Got quoted on DC Jack to be replaced. Buy new laptop instead because of 6 weeks time frame. 2. Decided to get laptop fixed for backup. Nothing wrong with DC Jack. Only charger. 3. Buy charger but suddenly can't type on laptop or log into internet. 4. Boss laptop sent for repairs. 5. Get laptop back but still same issues. End up buying a new laptop.

Looks like a trend. Are you actually being honest about what is wrong? Rather take our laptops to the corner shop. Trust them much more.
