Very poor quality lately

My son is almost 2 years old and I've used Huggies since birth. Lately their dry comfort size 4 nappies have easily been tearing and the gel pops out. The nappy hardly has urine but yet the nappy tears. This has also resulted in nappy rash.

We've tested it and changed the brand for 2 weeks with no issues but then we tried the Huggies again and it keeps tearing.

This is new to us and clearly there's a batch of nappies that are not up to standard.
