My son is almost 2 years old and I've used Huggies since birth. Lately their dry comfort size 4 nappies have easily been tearing and the gel pops out. The nappy hardly has urine but yet the nappy tears. This has also resulted in nappy rash. We've tested it and changed the brand for 2 weeks with no issues but then we tried the Huggies again and it keeps tearing. This is new to us and clearly there's a batch of nappies that are not up to standard. Do better Huggies, many moms rely on you for quality nappies
You accepted my monthly deposits and now I'm battling to get the money you owe me. What's worse is your manager just ignores my emails...so disrespectful
I have asked multiple times to have my number removed and your consultants keep telling me they'll try. I am not the person you are looking for and have said it so many times. This is now harassment
Someone needs to check why this company still handles parcels. They are not contactable for calls and their whatsapp consultants give different stories when you enquire. I even had one that was very rude and sarcastic. This is not how a company who handles peoples parcels should conduct themselves.
This is truly one of those companies when you ask yourself 'what more could go wrong' they take it as a challenge. I sent them required doucments on the 24 March 2025 and was told via email that the processing time takes 20 work days. Those days have come and gone and today when I call them, I am told that they will process today, a whole month later. This is the worst company to claim from! I sent an email to 6 people that were cc'd in the last mail I sent to them and not one has rep****...again this is not new. When you come at them with facts, they simply ignore you
Changed my cover with Old Mutual and have sent multiple requests to them about outstanding payments that I need to be refunded with (they acknowledged this on email) It's been 3 months and am still waiting and all my mails are just being ignored...let's not even speak about their response time on their customer service email.
Very poor service from Momentum. I have been requesting a certain document from them since November 2024 and I always get told that it will be sent and am still waiting. The I lodged complaint only to be called by a very unprofessional consultant who spoke over me and made it seem as I don't know what I am saying. Furthermore, I sent him an email with the request and again he too has not responded (that was 19th February 2025). Every single consultant promises to be the one to send the document and makes promises that they will deal with it themselves but when I ask for feedback after a few days, they simply ignore me.
Endless waiting periods and no calls returned. Still waiting for feedback and it's been weeks!
Put in a claim for my stove and was declined based on 2 different stories. First feedback was that the stove didn't have a 'pc board' and after telling them it's not suppose to have, I was told they'll call me back and then I was given a different story about my 3 year old stove being 15 years old and it broke due to wear and tear! Real chance takers!
