I wanted to complain about the lack of / poor service I received from one of the Franchises so on 18 June 2024, I called Adrie Barnard who manages all franchises on her cellphone. She did not answer both of my calls to her cellphone. so I left her a voice message. I then sent her a sms requesting her to return my call because I was going to report the franchise in question to the PPRA for unprofessional conduct.
Today is 30 July 2024 and this woman is absolutely useless! Neither has she responded to my sms, nor bothered returning any of my calls. She should not be overlooking franchises when she does not even take the time to find out why there is a complaint against one of her branches.
