I regret taking my car there, the worst customer service ever, my car top gasket blew, and I was quoted R 30 000 for the issue to be fixed however when they were done fixing the gasket after 3 months, they found that they need to replace the crankshaft which I was quoted another R 26 000.
I got my car back 3 weeks ago but drove it for only two days and then it randomly stopped I called a mechanic to check what the issue was to find out that the crankshaft I was quoted R26 000 was not changed at all, now my next question was on the other R 29 000 I was quoted on did they actually change the parts I was quoted for.
I went to their shop and approached them, and they didn't deny the fact that they used the old crankshaft while I paid R 26 000 for that service, we then contacted the owner who is also hard to reach but once I finally reached him, he said he will buy the Sub Assembly which will resolve the issue since the crankshaft affected the pistons, bearings etc. I have been waiting for over three weeks and suddenly he ignores my calls and never responds to my text.
I spent R60 000+ only to be de*****ed, inconvenienced and receive poor service/support so I would advise customers to really consider what happened to me before taking up any services that Humpkuli offers.
