Husqvarna sucks

I ordered a Pressure Washer online from this company on 05 December 2024. They don't communicate, I've been calling only for the to disconnect lines and have my calls hanging with the operator. I've sent an email, no response and I even called they're distributors for help. They don't get back to me as well. I'll never advise anyone to do business with this company. I just want a refund and I'm not interested in their products anymore. If they fail with delivery of a new thing then what about after sales. The worst purchase I've ever made, stay away from this business. They need to be made famous for their bad services
