I ordered a Pressure Washer online from this company on 05 December 2024. They don't communicate, I've been calling only for the to disconnect lines and have my calls hanging with the operator. I've sent an email, no response and I even called they're distributors for help. They don't get back to me as well. I'll never advise anyone to do business with this company. I just want a refund and I'm not interested in their products anymore. If they fail with delivery of a new thing then what about after sales. I ordered a Turbocharger for a Ford Ranger on 3 December 2024, the service is very bad, the worst I've ever experienced. I've been calling them daily to find out when to expect the part with no success, even when I started asking for a refund for the past 7 days. The ladies who take calls just disengage the calls and never help. I will never advise anyone to do business with this company, no accountability, no respect for customers and no feedback. Bought a TV remote from Reliable Store, my mistake was not to make a background check. Tried to make contact with no luck. Payfast is also the same, communicated via Payfast chat with Caylin who also didn't help. Just asked what my problem was and didn't get back to me. So both Reliable Store and Payfast are the same. Payfast is quick to take the funds but has no customer care. All I want is my refund, am not interested in anything else. With all the bad reflection Reliable Store has, how does Payfast still choose to do business with them unless they are of the same kind
