My account was handed over to Hybrid Collections,I paid the amount that I owed to them only to find out that I was left with R544,so I made arrangements to pay which I did pay R570 again then boom I started receiving calls that I owe them R210. I went and checked reviews and it looks like that is what they keep on doing to all their clients.All they know is *****ing and nothing else.HYBRID COLLECTIONS MUST FALL

I recently changed banking details. Sequence of events, submitted written request by my new bank well in advance of debit order date, telephone call from Netstar confirming changed, debit order doesn't go off on agreed date from neither account, 1st working day after I contact Netstar in writing and telephonically, apology received and again confirmed bank account details and receive confirmation in writing from Netstar all is sorted, that same afternoon I get an sms from Hybrid Collections threatening legal action for the very same payment that was 'solved', contact Netstar again in writing get a response I'm not their client, phone again and again confirmed all in order, receive written confirmation again that problem is resolved and low and behold, 2 days later a call from Hybrid Collections threatening legal action and when the lady is informed that there is no need for her as the problem has been resolved, I get told people like me are the worst to do business with. Hybrid Collections has to learn about professionalism.

I have paid my Capfin loan and I was given a paid up letter in May but the account now appear as if I didn't owe Capfin while I was told by Onica that the account is closed. Stop ****ming people and fix your mess, I have paid up and closed the capfin account. Fix it on my credit report and stop lying

This people are horrible and greedy people they told me about a contract I owe money to and I didn’t even know I had a contract and guess what they first told me I owe them money on December last year and guess what 1 week later they told me I owe then more increasing the amount I paid them like we agreed I would and when I ask them a month later what’s the balance so that I can pay again they said I owe them the same balance,It doesn’t matter if you pay this people or not they’ll keep on adding the money and you’ll just keep on paying this people are hardcore ****mers.

This people are horrible and greedy people they told me about a contract I owe money to and I didn’t even know I had a contract and guess what they first told me I owe them money on December last year and guess what 1 week later they told me I owe then more increasing the amount I paid them like we agreed I would and when I ask them a month later what’s the balance so that I can pay again they said I owe them the same balance,It doesn’t matter if you pay this people or not they’ll keep on adding the money and you’ll just keep on paying this people are hardcore ****mers.

Good Day I have submitted proof of payment to Hybrid showing that my account has been paid off and requested a paid up letter from them. I struggled to get the paid up letter and when I eventually got one, the paid upnletter had no account number or reference number on it. I kept calling them everyday asking then to please send me the correct paid up letter with the ref or account number . I am taken from pillar to post and the avents are so rude over the phone. My last call was more than 2 hours back to them still requesting the same thing, I was advised that the agent who initially helped me would gi e me a call. I do not understand what is so difficult in providing me with what I require. Their customer service is appalling!
