My account was handed over to Hybrid Collections,I paid the amount that I owed to them only to find out that I was left with R544,so I made arrangements to pay which I did pay R570 again then boom I started receiving calls that I owe them R210. I went and checked reviews and it looks like that is what they keep on doing to all their clients.All they know is *****ing and nothing else.HYBRID COLLECTIONS MUST FALL
I bought a Mitchum deodorant which burn my skin and left me sweating non-stop under armpits. I had to stop using it because I was also developing lumps.
On the 08/10/2023 around 5:20am I went to McDonald’s in Mokopane to buy breakfast (Hashbrown and Boerie stack)so the lady who assisted me gave me a very hot coffee in a cup with a lid that was not properly closed, I tried to close the lid but it slipped and burnt my thighs which left me pain and trauma.I went to the store to report the incident and I was told that they are investigating my case but up to today they never came back to me.I reported it to head office and I was told they will transfer it to safety and security and I will receive a case number but nothing was done about it. I logged a complaint but no response. Doesn’t companies have procedures especially when it comes to incidents that happened within their premises?How can they be so ******** about the whole situation?

I bought two iPhone 11 in 2022 and everything went well until April 2023 when one of their employees made a migration on my account without my knowledge,I made a call and I was promised that it will be fixed only to find that whenever I was paying the money was taken to the arrears of a mistake that was caused by their employee.As we speak my account has been handed over. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take a contract with them because their service is trash.

I went to report it to the store but up to today no action was taken,I tried calling head office and I was directed to customer care where they told me they will report an incident to safety and security but up to today there was nothing done about it.I am left with trauma and scars and there is nothing I can do because my case is being ignored.

I went to report the incident and phoned head office,logged a claim but up to date they did not bother to stay in contact with me.The lady never came back to check on me basically they ignored me.
