I am extremely disappointed with the way my claim has been handled. I have now been waiting over a year with no feedback, no proof of any progress, and no indication that this matter is being taken seriously.
Your appointed supplier caused damage to my kitchen wall and ceiling during the geyser replacement, and both my broker and I provided all the evidence long ago. Despite this, I receive no updates and it feels like there is no concern or urgency from your side.
I need immediate answers on the following:
Why there has been no feedback for more than a year;
When you will recover the money from the supplier responsible;
When my loss ratio will be corrected, as this damage was not caused by me.
I expect urgent communication and proof of action taken. This delay is unacceptable.

Please people think twice before use hybrid as there SUPPLIERS damage your wall and ceiling ehen replacing a geyser as there dont empty the kitchen and now i just dont received any feedback regarding recovery the fees and restructuring my lost ration
