Receiving extremely poor after-sales service from Hyder Properties has been an exasperating experience. I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a 1-bedroom apartment at 93 on New, which turned out to be riddled with major faults upon registration. It has now been two weeks since I reported these issues, and the progress in fixing a skewed wall has been painfully slow. Moreover, the communication from their end has been virtually non-existent, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected.
This situation has had a cascading effect as I have had to continually postpone the delivery of my furniture due to the unresolved problems in the apartment. It's disheartening to see how my investment has turned into a source of distress and inconvenience.
Adding insult to injury, the body corporate has audaciously sent me not one but two levy invoices, even though the place is far from being habitable and the faults are in no way my fault.
Suffice it to say, I have no intention of ever doing business with Hyder Properties again. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others to steer clear of this company and its lackluster after-sales support. future.
