A year after purchasing my property, I've received a statement this month with 12 months worth of levies to paid. Please be wary when signing these contracts. Now there is a back and forth with body corporate as to who is liable for these allegedly free levies

Worst developer I have experienced. This developer does not honour any obligations to City Authorities and property management agencies. After closing the property sale, owners are left with outstanding bills to settle to the City of Joburg after 3+ years. The complex is owing the city and property management a huge debt left by them. It is even worse that they are still allowed to develop more properties in the city, but have a bad record of financial obligations; yet property buyers and banks have paid for the properties. None of their developments are of a good quality of workmanship. You are left with a lot to repair/replace at your own expense.

I am utterly disgusted at the constant water problems in this property. Water is a need and it is disappointing to see the matter not taken seriously.

I am absolutely furious about this property! The ongoing water problems are an absolute nightmare, and it's beyond infuriating that we're expected to tolerate this. We're paying for a place to live, not a never-ending stream of issues. Unacceptable!

They need to add half a star for companies such as this. If you are thinking of purchasing at their “new” development 93 On New…think AGAIN!!! Biggest nightmare dealing with their Aftersales. You will HAVE WATER ISSUES EVERYDAY!! You must pray just so you can take a shower let alone have drinking water!! They blame Jhb water and water pressures but other units don’t have any water issues. They blame being on the top floor for not having access to water and there is NOTHING they can do about it!!! NIGHTMARE LIVINV HERE!!!!

Receiving extremely poor after-sales service from Hyder Properties has been an exasperating experience. I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a 1-bedroom apartment at 93 on New, which turned out to be riddled with major faults upon registration. It has now been two weeks since I reported these issues, and the progress in fixing a skewed wall has been painfully slow. Moreover, the communication from their end has been virtually non-existent, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. This situation has had a cascading effect as I have had to continually postpone the delivery of my furniture due to the unresolved problems in the apartment. It's disheartening to see how my investment has turned into a source of distress and inconvenience. Adding insult to injury, the body corporate has audaciously sent me not one but two levy invoices, even though the place is far from being habitable and the faults are in no way my fault. Suffice it to say, I have no intention of ever doing business with Hyder Properties again. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others to steer clear of this company and its lackluster after-sales support. future.
