Worst developer I have experienced. This developer does not honour any obligations to City Authorities and property management agencies. After closing the property sale, owners are left with outstanding bills to settle to the City of Joburg after 3+ years. The complex is owing the city and property management a huge debt left by them. It is even worse that they are still allowed to develop more properties in the city, but have a bad record of financial obligations; yet property buyers and banks have paid for the properties. None of their developments are of a good quality of workmanship. You are left with a lot to repair/replace at your own expense.
I take it that you are Debt collectors or same line of business. But you reach out to me as if you had bought the data from somewehere, it makes you look like a scammer/fraudster. If you are really representing the client in question, then all the info and correspondence to myself could be provided. I had since asked that you provide clear info to me, nothing provided to this date. Do not worry, I have reached out to the client. I will take the advice of the client.
Fruitless Networking Marketing system, not an investment system. Do not be fooled. Just another network marketing education system, selling products and events. I had bought a VIP Package in 2018. No growth on the crypto currency funds. Instead you lose it all, as it drops value and no solid plan from this organization. You will never get a refund nor will you be able to claim the gold product exchange, because you would have lost eligible credit funds to qualify. Have a poor customer service, once you have paid your funds. Rather pay your own bank/bank approved investment partner on unit trust and conservative shares funds. Those are still good for a personal portfolio.
After a long struggle to register on the system. I sit with another issue. First of all, the UIF system had an incorrect profile info against my ID. It took weeks to fix it. My claim has been sitting with an assessor since Nov 2021, with no positive feedback. I had to send my documents twice. I don't even know what is happening on my application, the status is always the same; whether you call in or check online. There is absolutely no valid reason provided for delays in the process.
Lengthy claim cycle. Poor communication and feedback process during the claim. The company never gave solid feedback to the claim application, after it was logged for over 4 months. When you follow up on it, there is no feedback whatsoever. It is the first time I put in a claim and have been paying for all the past years. Customer loyalty means nothing to this company.
I have received a disappointing service for an online order. My order was paid for and shipped via Dawn Wing couriers. The courier had my address incorrect, but still went ahead to deliver to an incorrect address, even though I had corrected it on their system. The parcel is claimed to be received and signed for, but the actual customer is sitting with no order. It is disasspointing that GRIT uses untrustworthy, incompetent companies to fulfil deliveries.
**** service from this company. Their staff & drivers are incompetent. An incorrect deleivery address was captured on their system. I then updated it to the correct one before delivery. But the driver still went to the wrong address and claim to have delivered the parcel when I never even received it. I even wonder how he managed to have access to my complex, as he never even used my security access code.
This service provider comes as very irresponsible and dishonest to their customers. My mom who is a pensioner, had only signed up an upgrade contract for her dstv decoder. But to her surprise, the bank debits for this contract reference are higher and multiple amounts being deducted from the bank account. Upon assisting her, I found out that the OnAirTV company is charging her extra for a bundled products service, which she never gave consent to or subscribed and does not require whatsoever. They just deduct these amounts every month. It costs her banking charges for debit order disputes, transaction reversal,etc. Their customer care dept is not even helpful to resolve the matters when you call.
Disappointing service for an online purchase. Bought an item online for over a month, no fulfilment of order to this date. Only a single correspondence mail was received, ever since I placed the order. No progress status update/s to the customer. I have attempted endlessly to contact via email and voice call.The online contact number just keeps ringing and forwards to voicemail. First worst experience for an online order with this store. I would rather buy directly at a branch; which has previously been a positive customer experience for myself.
It’s disappointing and frustrating that as a customer, I am the one taking the effort to follow up on the delivery of my order. I have been calling the customer care centres to locate my order items, no positive response on delivery. Had to take an extra effort to call your courier partner DSV, even they are not providing positive feedback. Currently, I have no feedback from both Makro and DSV. It is quite a poor service & customer care from both companies.
