Active since May 2023
Cancelled my services back in March, they are still trying to deduct money from my account till today. I have reached out about this issue multiple times with no response.
I received the new rain one home router literally 3 days ago the network hardly works, im so sick and tired of struggling with a network I actually pay for I had to change my other router to the the rain one because I was experiencing problems with the same network but honestly that didn’t even solve my issue. Safe to say im cancelling my rain service. Don’t waste your time with this service provider.
I constantly have internet problems at night lately! It’s annoying how I just can’t get proper service when I pay every month!
The new app hardly ever works on my smart tv, the old app worked perfectly. So disappointing.
Worst service provider your 5G network hardly works well consistently it’s honestly so pathetic how o must always struggle for good wifi that I’m actually paying for!
Honestly so sick and tired of this nonsense I can’t just live like a normal human being here, this water issue is getting so tedious urgh.
Munyaka is the worst estate I have ever lived at, there’s literally a problem every damn week it’s really unacceptable, we experience water & electricity issues literally every week, do not rent nor buy here you’ll regret it!
