A year after purchasing my property, I've received a statement this month with 12 months worth of levies to paid. Please be wary when signing these contracts. Now there is a back and forth with body corporate as to who is liable for these allegedly free levies
On the 7th of January 2022 I paid R749 for Fibre ro the Home for my apartment at Kikuyu. On the 11th January I received communication that Purple Forest would be activating my fiber but did not receive any communication thereafter. I've called CellC support 4 times now...each time being told my matter was being escalated. I still do not have internet that I've paid for in my unit. I'm frustrated and disappoint and at the moment would just want my money back so I can get another service provider.
