Horrible after sales experience - I think the company considers themselves too big for customer service. I purchased a car and paid a hefty R183k for a second hand Honda. The Sales manager promised they would replace the cracked windscreen since the car had a gold sticker - I made payment and signed the sale contract and waited for a phone call on Monday as promised to collect the car. No call until Thursday when I contacted their Customer Service to get my sales person's contact number. He said the car would be ready for pick up on Friday morning and he'd obtained clearance to fit the windscreen on Thursday already, the guy meant to fit the glass was scheduled to come on Thursday On Friday morning he dropped me a text saying he couldn't contact me because systems were down but proceeds not to give me any status update on my car until I called him 3 hours later. It was pillar to post from there but long story, the glass was still not fitted WeBuyCars just wants to make a quick sale and continue to the next. They have zero service. What's worse, when I contacted their Customer Care ( a huge joke) and pressed the option to leave a compliment or complaint - the line gets dropped immediately - clearly this is a company that's so haughty they don't want feedback. I contacted their After Sales line and was greeted with rudeness and the phone dropped in my ear. I regret the purchase and will make sure I do not even look in their direction next time when looking for a car
Receiving extremely poor after-sales service from Hyder Properties has been an exasperating experience. I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a 1-bedroom apartment at 93 on New, which turned out to be riddled with major faults upon registration. It has now been two weeks since I reported these issues, and the progress in fixing a skewed wall has been painfully slow. Moreover, the communication from their end has been virtually non-existent, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. This situation has had a cascading effect as I have had to continually postpone the delivery of my furniture due to the unresolved problems in the apartment. It's disheartening to see how my investment has turned into a source of distress and inconvenience. Adding insult to injury, the body corporate has audaciously sent me not one but two levy invoices, even though the place is far from being habitable and the faults are in no way my fault. Suffice it to say, I have no intention of ever doing business with Hyder Properties again. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others to steer clear of this company and its lackluster after-sales support. future.
Bought a 15k Smith machine from Makro and it was delivered with a missing part. Logged a call with Trojan for the part and decided to procure their installation services. Process was fast until I paid them R800 for installation. After that I've been speaking to the rudest consultant called Kefilwe. Lead times keep changing, it's been a week and zero service. What's worse is there's no clear process to get a refund
I've had their service for less than a week and it was a nightmare from the minute I received their router. Their call center agents are not helpful and the connectivity gets switched off for no reason at all. Don't waste your money on their service
