I took my vehicle in for service on the 4th of February 2026 and when I went to fetch my car in the afternoon I saw that the oil was still a black colour and asked for the service manager to take a look. She understood my point that I have paid a lot for the oil change and the oil still looks like the same old dirty oil. She then advised she will order a bottle of oil and will call me in to come for another oil change. I called a week later to follow up and she assured me that she will get back to me soon, that my job card is on her desk and she has not forgotten. It has now been a month since my service and I have not heard back from her and cannot get ahold of her. I called on the 3rd March 2026 and another lady said she would call me back in 5 minutes and I never received a call back. And now I try calling and when I am put through the phone just rings and no one answers.
I am frustrated and very unhappy with the service I have received. I expected better and would like a response ASAP! I feel like I am being taken advantage off because I have been so polite and understanding and I have created a scene.
