I bought a Spa voucher, upon redeeming it the merchant canceled on me citing landlord issues. I tried to rebook again with no luck. I requested Hyperli for a refund, I did not have a problem with a hyperli voucher as I could use on future buys. I have been waiting to this day. It has been escalated to the supervisor for months no responses on follow up. I'm so disappointed
