No refunds
I bought a Spa voucher, upon redeeming it the merchant canceled on me citing landlord issues. I tried to rebook again with no luck. I requested Hyperli for a refund, I did not have a problem with a hyperli voucher as I could use on future buys. I have been waiting to this day. It has been escalated to the supervisor for months no responses on follow up. I'm so disappointed

Excellent service
Excellent service. The lady that assisted me was smart and efficient. She upgraded my tracker and went an extra mile to find out a suitable option since my contract expired 2 years ago-36 months contract. She sent all the relevant documents and informed of what to do when the fitment technician comes through. Keep up the good work

BAD SERVICE
If you are looking for website developer, don't go with this SMME. They lie on tasks to be done and when you start to do the follow up they block your number.

Bad service
If you are bored and just want to catch up on Facebook or read a book go to the PTA branch. The technicians are there to just mark a register. They can make you wait for an hr just to tell you that they can't help you, they either don't know how to do the style advertised on their page or some silly excuse. One day I waited for hrs just to be told that there's no glue for eyelashes. The salon opens at 8:00 but technicians arrive around 9:00.

Bogus investment
This company claims to be a Bitcoin investment company, promising to bring returns after 30 days. On the initial registration they are on line to help with registration etc. their website is updated daily and active with great testimonies. Come payout time, they are not responding to any form of communication. Their land line just cuts off after 1 ring. People must never invest with this bogus company
