Clearance letter

Hyphen has helped me through the journey of debt review, hoping that they wil hold my hand through every step of the way but surely I was mistaken.

My last payment with Hyphen was in September and I believe that the procedure to receive a clearance letter and to be removed under Credit bureau so that I can go on with my life. I've been doing follow-up each time asking them how far they are with the process and the only feedback that I get, is that all the letters haven't been submitted by the creditors, it's been over 60 days, how long should I wait? I'm the one that usually follow up and the team doesn't communicate effectively.

Siphokazi promised me that she will make sure that I get the letter within 30 days thereafter they extend the timeframe. At the present moment I cannot apply for an apartment or anything because I need to wait for the team to take their time with the whole procedure. I am honestly exhausted with this procedure, I have been patient with you but clearly my sense of understanding is undermined!!

My request it to ensure that I get the letter before the end of the week and a confirmation that I am no longer flagged as under debt review.
