I engaged NDHDC (HyphenPDA) after being told in their pitch that the process would take one month. It has now been six months with no resolution. Weekly updates were promised, yet I only hear from them if I chase. This is misleading and unacceptable. I requested a refund of R3,000 if they could not deliver, but instead I am met with silence. Requests for manager or owner contact details have been refused, which only shows a lack of accountability. This conduct is unprofessional and damaging to their reputation. A matter that could have been resolved quickly through transparency or refund has been dragged out unnecessarily. If this is not addressed urgently, I will escalate to the ombudsman, legal channels, and media platforms. I caution anyone considering NDHDC / HyphenPDA to think twice before engaging, as their failure to communicate and deliver is a serious concern.
