I engaged NDHDC (HyphenPDA) after being told in their pitch that the process would take one month. It has now been six months with no resolution. Weekly updates were promised, yet I only hear from them if I chase. This is misleading and unacceptable. I requested a refund of R3,000 if they could not deliver, but instead I am met with silence. Requests for manager or owner contact details have been refused, which only shows a lack of accountability. This conduct is unprofessional and damaging to their reputation. A matter that could have been resolved quickly through transparency or refund has been dragged out unnecessarily. If this is not addressed urgently, I will escalate to the ombudsman, legal channels, and media platforms. I caution anyone considering NDHDC / HyphenPDA to think twice before engaging, as their failure to communicate and deliver is a serious concern.

Hello Peter, I urgently need help with a dispute involving my former Wi-Fi provider, Vox Telecoms. Before migrating from South Africa, I cancelled my subscription, paid all dues, and requested equipment collection. I followed up via email three times, called repeatedly, and documented everything. Vox never responded or collected the equipment. Almost a year later, I’m being billed over R2000 and threatened with credit listing for equipment that remains at the apartment, still uncollected. I acted in good faith, fulfilled all obligations, and communicated in a timely manner, yet I’m being penalized for their failure to act. Appalled Planet Fitness - Greenstone

I am appalled I wrote a dissatisfactory review below, last night, about the club and an on going theft and withholding of my ear pods and I have just received a call from their staff Menzi threatening me, swearing and hanging up. This is ridiculous, I cannot actually believe this. Still without my ear pods and in my frustration wrote this review for help of some sort from management because I am not around the province to open a case at the police station where it occurred and no one assists when I ask for an email of to speak to a supervisor. My “assistance” was an ambush from staff? Literally the worst of the Planet Fitness franchises, I’m actually going to open a ******** case. The staff have withheld my ear pods and don’t want to hand them to me. I’ve been moved from pillar to post for 3-4 months, calling and arriving and my ear sets are nowhere to be found. The staff are rude, nonchalant and only take white members serious. Menzi has been the worst, Ntokozo is the lady my ear sets were handed to so between the staff no one knows or communicates where my ear pods are. I’ve had about enough a lady at reception tonight told me “you have every right to go to the police and you should” I’m actually at a loss for words and my ear pods that I worked for. The manager who promised to reveal footage of who or the staff took them also confirmed he is working on several cases like mine so what the hell is actually going on there?

African Bank the worst bank in SA

I am so appalled by African Bank to a point of utter shock. I invest my hard earned money with them and I can’t begin to tell you what a nightmare this Bank is. Unprofessional, lazy and definitely doesn’t care for their customers. I have been trying to call the Investment division since Friday 18th. The whole bank was MIA because of a staff party and Saturday 19th no one was there. Sunday 20th same story. You’d think Today would be better. I’ve been holding for 40minutes. I regret investing here

DO NOT USE VOX TELECOMS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vox Telecom has THEE WORST call center ever. I have never been so shocked and disrespected in my entire life. All I could do was laugh and eventually when you ask to talk to a supervisor the line cuts. They are nonchalant, pompous and couldn’t care less about the customer. They try find a fault instead of help work progressively through an issue like them simply not debiting my account as I asked! Aloysia Kanyie even told me to run to her supervisor and the girl the following day was intensely worse when I shared that I had called waiting for a TL and the agent got rude at that. The supervisor Vinky Ntshabele is never available to answer calls or assist customers I never ever get her when I call her. This is the worst place ever

DO NOT SUPPORT MELVILLE SPAR! Racist!

I had the WORST experience at Spar Melville on Main Road. The manager JD is the rudest manager I have ever come across. The supervisor had shouted at us on our way to the till to “hurry up it’s 8 o’clock” not sure if it was because of the color of our skin or just how they treat paying customers. When the Line manager JD approached us he did not apologize for how we were treated but further called security to escort us out when we asked for the head office number. His language was rude and over the top.
