Bad service

They emphasize booking a table but when you get there the table is not ready and they just give you whatever is available. It was raining on the 30th of March and they gave us a table outside. When we complained they promised to find us a table inside. 10 minutes later we were shown a table they were preparing for us only to find another group sitting on the very same table being prepared for us. We asked for the manager only to be told that we were shown the table by mistake. I was very unhappy and on top of everything the service is just too slow. Everything just takes time even ordering your food.
