DISHONEST DEALERSHIP

would prefer a zero star rating! DO NOT purchase a demo vehicle from Hyundai Boksburg - 73 Northrand road!!! I am shocked and have never experienced such blatant lies and ********* trading! I paid 440k for a vehicle and on delivery day was asked by the " offsick" branch manager to collect later as being polished ( this is a limited edition black MATT) that does NOT get polished FYI!! I went to the branch straight away and the sales lady that sold me the vehicle knew nothing about where my fully paid car was and said only the manager does. I could not get hold of him on his cell and then after demanding to know was told at a Panelshop! They sold me a car 2025 model they said had no prior damage/ accidents and then on delivery day arranged 3 weeks before ( i flew in from George to collect) that it is in a panelshop as had accident damage and the matt black paint had to be repaired as was shiny! There was no damage when i viewed the car!!! Everyone dissapeared and no one knew nothing - DP appeared almost an hour later and agreed to full refund after tears and dissapointment! They refused for me to go to the panelshop to see the car! I was later called by the RM - thank you BUT this manager and saleslady acted against the consumer act and betrayed me as a customer. Do NOT buy this matt black Hyundai creta as has accident damage!
