Never trust hyundai

Good day,

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding my Hyundai i10, which I purchased less than a year ago. Since the purchase, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the vehicle. Despite repeatedly reporting these problems to the dealership, I have been advised that there is nothing wrong with the car.

Currently, the power windows are no longer functioning, and the vehicle is also making unusual noises. These issues are extremely concerning, especially given that the car is still under a year old. A vehicle of this age should not be experiencing such persistent faults.

I am highly dissatisfied with the condition of the vehicle and the lack of resolution provided thus far. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that a thorough inspection and appropriate repairs be carried out as a matter of urgency.
