Good day, I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding my Hyundai i10, which I purchased less than a year ago. Since the purchase, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the vehicle. Despite repeatedly reporting these problems to the dealership, I have been advised that there is nothing wrong with the car. Currently, the power windows are no longer functioning, and the vehicle is also making unusual noises. These issues are extremely concerning, especially given that the car is still under a year old. A vehicle of this age should not be experiencing such persistent faults. I am highly dissatisfied with the condition of the vehicle and the lack of resolution provided thus far. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that a thorough inspection and appropriate repairs be carried out as a matter of urgency. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Kind regards, Thamesan Padayachee
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint and demand the immediate resolution of a long-outstanding refund issue regarding my registration at Berea Technical College in September 2024. When I enrolled, I was informed that the course fee was R17 000, which I later discovered was an error on your side due to administrative incompetence. The correct course fee was R12 000. I was then told that a refund would be processed within 3 to 6 months, which is completely unacceptable, considering how swiftly payments are demanded from students when enrolling. Between September and December 2024, I made monthly payments of R1 250, and in January 2025, I paid a further R12 000. In February 2025, I was contacted and informed that I had been registered for the wrong course, again due to your team’s negligence. As a result, I overpaid by R5 000, and to date (October 2025) this amount has still not been refunded. I spoke to Tracey two weeks ago and was informed that my refund is with external auditors. I fail to understand what “external auditors” have to do with my refund money that rightfully belongs to me due to your institution’s repeated administrative failures. This reasoning appears to be nothing more than an excuse to delay repayment. This entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable, especially for an institution that prides itself on being reputable. The level of service I have received is disgraceful, and the continued delays now border on financial misconduct. If this issue is not fully resolved and the refund is processed by the first week of November 2025, I will be left with no choice but to: Escalate this matter publicly on social media and review platforms, Lodge a formal complaint with the Department of Higher Education and Training, I expect written confirmation of receipt of this email and a clear timeline for the refund within 3 business days.
