Unsatisfied customers about the service provided

am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a phone call I received at 17:34 from one of your representatives.

During the call, the individual communicated in an unprofessional and aggressive manner, raising his voice and interrupting me while I was trying to explain my concerns. The conversation ended abruptly when he hung up, stating that he had personal matters to attend to, before we had concluded our discussion.

For clarity, the service performed on my vehicle included: - Oil change - Replacement of the oil filter (R182.00) - Windshield washer fluid (R27.00)

The total amount charged was R1,967.00. Please note that the above item prices are listed on your website.

My concern is whether the amount I paid reflects fair value for the service provided. Based on the items replaced, I am not convinced that the cost is justified. I was attempting to address this concern during the call, but was not given a fair opportunity to do so.

I am disappointed by both the lack of professionalism during the interaction and the way my concerns were handled. I expect a higher standard of customer service and respectful communication
