am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a phone call I received at 17:34 from one of your representatives. During the call, the individual communicated in an unprofessional and aggressive manner, raising his voice and interrupting me while I was trying to explain my concerns. The conversation ended abruptly when he hung up, stating that he had personal matters to attend to, before we had concluded our discussion. For clarity, the service performed on my vehicle included: - Oil change - Replacement of the oil filter (R182.00) - Windshield washer fluid (R27.00) The total amount charged was R1,967.00. Please note that the above item prices are listed on your website. My concern is whether the amount I paid reflects fair value for the service provided. Based on the items replaced, I am not convinced that the cost is justified. I was attempting to address this concern during the call, but was not given a fair opportunity to do so. I am disappointed by both the lack of professionalism during the interaction and the way my concerns were handled. I expect a higher standard of customer service and respectful communication
I am not satisfied with the service performed on my Hyundai Getz. I paid R1,967, and only basic items were replaced (oil, oil filter, sump washer, and washer fluid). No major service components, such as spark plugs, were attended to. In addition, it is stated in their report that my wipers are still in good condition, which is incorrect, as they are clearly worn out and not functioning properly. I went straight after the service to buy new wipers Please clarify whether this was a minor or full service, and explain why important components were not checked or replaced. I am disappointed with the quality of service received and will not recommend your workshop based on this experience. I request proper feedback and a full re-assessment of my vehicle.
Unclear Billing, Aggressive Support – Regret Choosing Cartrack Cartrack has been extremely frustrating to deal with. During the application process, I was clearly told that deductions would be made at month-end. After signing up, they started attempting to deduct money on different days and sometimes more than expected, without proper explanation. When I queried this, the support team gave conflicting answers and appeared unsure of their own policies. Worse, their assistance and collections staff were aggressive and focused only on demanding payment, not resolving the issue or acknowledging that misleading information was given. There has been no accountability from Cartrack, only pressure. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, and I regret choosing their tracker. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cartrack. Potential customers should insist on everything in writing.
