Outstanding Service Delivery

Coming from a corporate background and looking at the absolutely poor service delivery we all are experiencing these days, I deem it necessary to commend excellent customer service.

Doing business with various companies, the service I get from Hyundai Somerset West is really outstanding. The two ladies at reception, Carron-Lee and Riani, surely know how to treat, and build good relationships with customers.

They make one feels welcome with their extremely friendly- and helpfulness at all times. They are open and always keep the customer informed about whatever he needs to know regarding his business/ vehicle.

I met the workshop foreman Heinrich, and same apply to him. I commend this Hyundai branch without any doubt whatsoever.
