I am disgusted with the survice from Hyundai - at Umhlangan. I bought my car on the 30th of April 2025. Collected it on the 2nd of May 2025. I was told that the car has a survive plan. To Mt surprise today it does not have it any more it has expired. Yet I called them yesterday (20th October 2025) the lady I spoke to told me I might have to pay in a penalty because I have exceeded the mileage. Today when I get there they tell me that it has expired. This is something that was meant to be communicated yesterday. I have waisted my petrol. I was also not told that the survice plan has expired. She told me that this one I will have to day will be the last one there after I have to pay for. She will get a sales person to contact me regarding continuation of the survice plan. I'm truly disappointed and very upset. Survice is very important for a car. Such negligence should be tolarater.
