POOR SERVICE
We sent our car for mechanical issues last month and they gave us an option to take the car while they waiting for parts. Yolanda (service desk) told us the car is booked to be fixed today (11/07/2024). I went to the dealership to check if they working on the car of which they were not. I then asked to take the car and keep it until they call me and tell me when they ready. Yolanda told me she'll take the parts back since I'm taking the car. In other words she's not willing to assist us any further because I'm taking the car.

Poor service
I bought my car from Hyundai Vryheid on the 27th of May. The sales lady kwoted me R107 000.00. I told her I will take it. Later that day the manager phoned me and told me that the price is wrong. It is R125 000.00. I decided to buy the car. From day one I had problems with the gearbox. For that amount of money I paid, I would expected a car that was like new. I took it in on the 27th of June to be fixed. I am still waiting for my car. Lots of stories. I had enough. I will not recomend Hyundai Vryheid to anybody.
