For a parcel to cross provinces, it took you one day (overnight). If it was other courier's this could have taken at least 3 days. Outlaying areas don't apply to The Courier Guy, that is what I like about you. Take dominance The Courier Guy this is your calling.
How did you do it? I placed an order 12 December 2025 and it was delivered the following day, mind you the order has to cross provinces. You have surpassed yourselves. Thank you very much Amazon. Partnering with The Courier Guy as a delivery partner is the best decision you made.
To someone who wants to join Zestlife Gap Cover, beware of them they are so quick to sign you up but when you want to cancel you won't get any response. Muzhafar gave me a call to sign me up and I sent him an email that I wish to cancel and now he is ignoring me. Telemarketers are like that they want to take only, they are not happy when you cancel. Stay away from Zestlife if you want peace of mind. They fail to honor their promise.

There's something ********* the Butchery Manager is doing, he only caters for certain race group of people when it comes to good quality meat. If you one of the walk-in customers and you buy red meat (beef) from the fridge, good luck to you. I stopped buying beef from Pick 'n Pay Vryheid few years ago. I noticed there was a change in management since 2022 if I'm not mistaken. Their beef is not the same anymore. The current manager reserve good quality meat for certain people that don't buy from the fridge. If you want good quality red meat consider buying from Checkers at Mkabayi Mall.
His name is Katlego if I'm not mistaken from Estcourt branch. After all he saved the day, the guy was very professional in handling my frustration after my parcel has been sent to the wrong address and he apologized on behalf of the company even though he didn't make any mistake. Overall Katlego was very professional, sometimes you need someone who has empathy in customer service.
I have been calling and writing emails and no response, what a service from Netstar and I have been a client for three years. It the same thing they do with their tracker device. They will call you after three hours when you pressed their panic button. Stay away from NETSTAR if you want peace of mind.
This one takes the crown, Zanele Mnisi from OUTsurance. What an exceptional service she delivered to us yesterday. She explained everything clear to us and now I have a better understanding of the policy I signed up for. I must say it is not about the premium or the excess you pay, it about getting more value for your money. That is what Zanele did and she did it perfectly well. She even extended her service by offering us to help with the cancellation of the current insurance. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you Zanele. She put all her cards on the table to make us comfortable with our choices. Today when we cancel our current insurance they now trying to keep us by offering a better deal than what Zanele offered us, too late we already committed to Zanele's deal. If the valued us they would have gave a courtesy call and say "hey we have noticed that your cover doesn't cover 1, 2, 3" and as our valued customer we don't want you to be exposed should an unfortunate event happens... Zanele made me us understand all the nitty-gritty. Thanks again for your service.
This review is meant for other small business owners and private customers to make informed decision when using RTT Logistics. RTT told me that they prioritize their chain store customers simply because their goods are of high value, other customers are like a small fish in the sea. Should you decide to use RTT as a private customer think again rather use "The Courier Guy". I find myself driving around town trying to locate RTT courier because the drivers don't mind returning my parcel to depot and say "he ran out of time to do deliveries". Another incident the scanned my parcel "out for delivery" but they forgot to load it on the truck. I will never use RTT again if I still want to stay in business. I find myself having to explain to my customers for the delays caused by RTT. I am referring to RTT in Newcastle.
We sent our car for mechanical issues last month and they gave us an option to take the car while they waiting for parts. Yolanda (service desk) told us the car is booked to be fixed today (11/07/2024). I went to the dealership to check if they working on the car of which they were not. I then asked to take the car and keep it until they call me and tell me when they ready. Yolanda told me she'll take the parts back since I'm taking the car. In other words she's not willing to assist us any further because I'm taking the car.
