We sent our car for mechanical issues last month and they gave us an option to take the car while they waiting for parts. Yolanda (service desk) told us the car is booked to be fixed today (11/07/2024). I went to the dealership to check if they working on the car of which they were not. I then asked to take the car and keep it until they call me and tell me when they ready. Yolanda told me she'll take the parts back since I'm taking the car. In other words she's not willing to assist us any further because I'm taking the car.
