Purchased a MTN contract via their website. Come delivery day and I receive 2 phones. I immediately contacted mtn who gave me various numbers to rectify the issue. After 2 days I go to a physical store only to be told i have 2 contracts that i will be billed for and they can't do anything about it, i reported this as ***** to Mtn and they informed me italk has to correct the mistake.
I never agreed to this! I was only contacted to "verify" my bank account details. Someone at italk needs to contact me urgently regarding this *****.
