Called iBadge a week ago for name tag samples, a guy called Kyle said he can send me design options out of his own free will. I sent him an email with the old badge and logo as an example of what we don't want. 2 Days later he hasn't responded so I send a follow up email to which I get a response with the exact design as the old tags and other 2 designs with the old logo. I sent an email to correct this to which I get no response, I call a day later. This Kyle wants to argue about our logo (which I'm telling him is clear on the email) and how we are not paying his for design examples (which he offered)! What trash customer service! Shocked beyond words.
