Just a heads-up on a very ********* supplier in our industry - IBadge. We have been dealing with them for many years spending thousands of rands every month on name badges. They however approach your clients behind your back offering them better pricing.

Worst attitude, don't follow brief and don't even respond to emails
Called iBadge a week ago for name tag samples, a guy called Kyle said he can send me design options out of his own free will. I sent him an email with the old badge and logo as an example of what we don't want. 2 Days later he hasn't responded so I send a follow up email to which I get a response with the exact design as the old tags and other 2 designs with the old logo. I sent an email to correct this to which I get no response, I call a day later. This Kyle wants to argue about our logo (which I'm telling him is clear on the email) and how we are not paying his for design examples (which he offered)! What trash customer service! Shocked beyond words.

Bad attitude on faulty/poor quality product
<p>Our company ordered name badges from ibadge. The background within the badge ( behind the resin ) changed colour, which is very visible on a black badge.</p> <p>A representative requested that I post the badges to them so that their factory can do tests on what the reason may be. After 3 months I still have not received any feedback on the "tested" badges, just a reply that the badges was not used for the use intended and that they can't replace because they are falling apart ( which is not close to the truth). For what purpose can one use a name badge beside wearing on your uniform???</p> <p>One of the badges was not worn for 4 months and the colour of the background changed behind the resin.</p> <p> </p> <p>The attitude of their sales rep, Ron was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.</p> <p>And I still don't have any results from the "tested" badges. So no explanation given on badges that was sent back and defnitely sent back in one piece.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
