Worst attitude, don't follow brief and don't even respond to emails
Called iBadge a week ago for name tag samples, a guy called Kyle said he can send me design options out of his own free will. I sent him an email with the old badge and logo as an example of what we don't want. 2 Days later he hasn't responded so I send a follow up email to which I get a response with the exact design as the old tags and other 2 designs with the old logo. I sent an email to correct this to which I get no response, I call a day later. This Kyle wants to argue about our logo (which I'm telling him is clear on the email) and how we are not paying his for design examples (which he offered)! What trash customer service! Shocked beyond words.

Blacklisted my phone without my knowledge
I am an MTN subscriber and my phone has been blocked for a while. After struggling to lift the blacklisting MTN informed me that they have been unable to lift the blacklisting because it was actually done by Telkom Mobile. Telkom Mobile decided to blacklist my phone on 30 May 2015 and I have no idea why because I am not even a customer. I have been unable to use my phone for over 3 months now and want this rectified as in yesterday!<br> <br>

Phone blacklisted without my knowledge
This network is useless. A stranger blacklisted my phone without my knowledge over 3 months ago. I am made to run from pillar to post requesting unblacklisting and the call centre agents have no idea what they are doing as they all offer different information and none of their fax numbers work. After failing to fax my affidavit, ID etc (to prove the phone is mine and have it unblacklisted) I went to MTN Rosebank Mall, The Zone. The lady said she would email my documents to \headoffice". When I asked for a reference number she said I did not have one and that I should just await a response. It has been over a month now and nobody is contacting me!!!!! I am so sick of having to run up and down over a mistake I didn't even do. My phone is blocked yet the stupid cell number is working. I still don't even understand how a stranger can blacklist a random phone?!? Are there no security checks in place? Then i tweet MTN and they just \""follow\"" me instead of providing a solution! I am so sick of this really."""
