I ordered and obviously paid for an expensive item. It was supposed to be delivered on 21 May 2020, but as of today (6 days later) still no sign of delivery. I submitted various tickets to get feedback. And tickets take 72 hours before answered. Only reply I get is thank you and we are investigating. Really??? The call centre is closed so no further support. Once again shocking support and service. Wanted to place another order, not anymore
We ordered 3 couches to the value of R18 000 and received 2 x side plates/platters to the value of R260. I am told that they want to first receive the two plates back and make sure the two plates are in order before sending my couches. Really?????? The urgency of this order was explain to 6 different call centre agents whom can't put me in contact with someone in the department that is currently dealing with my matter. I even offered to pay R260 so that they can just send me my goods. No feedback was given. Takealot just happily taking their time while keeping my R18 000.
I have year old Salton Pressure Cooker and the inner bowl's non stick is coming off. I have used it twice. I have tried to contact them numerous times but no response.

The background within the badge ( behind the resin ) changed colour, which is very visible on a black badge.</p> <p>A representative requested that I post the badges to them so that their factory can do tests on what the reason may be. After 3 months I still have not received any feedback on the "tested" badges, just a reply that the badges was not used for the use intended and that they can't replace because they are falling apart ( which is not close to the truth). For what purpose can one use a name badge beside wearing on your uniform???</p> <p>One of the badges was not worn for 4 months and the colour of the background changed behind the resin.</p> <p> </p> <p>The attitude of their sales rep, Ron was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.</p> <p>And I still don't have any results from the "tested" badges. So no explanation given on badges that was sent back and defnitely sent back in one piece.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>For over a year I have tried to arrange a debit order with Telkom for our business line. Up to date I have only received automated replies saying that they will attend to my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one has contacted me</p>
