Disappointed with misleading shipping policy
Hello Peter, I ordered a bag from IBags on the 14th July 2022. Their policy is that they deliver free products over R1000.00 between 3-5 working days or they will call you should they experience delays. I am very disappointed that it's the 5th working day and still haven't received my delivery. I have been making efforts to send them emails and call them and been promised delivery will take place - still haven't received anything.

I will definitely be back and recommending iBags to everyone. the service I received was outstanding, thank you. I ordered a gift for my wife and it shipped within 24 hours. Fantastic company to do business with.

Very efficient and helpful
Ordered a Christmas gift online, the initial payment couldn't be processed so I repeated the order and payment. I soon saw that the payment went off twice, I sent an email to customer care and they responded quickly and I received the refund immediately. I was impressed with their efficiency and prompt response.

Hi I bought a bag on 27 of nov in Ibags, I asked before buy for the delivery time and they replied me between 3 to 5 days.working days, well I'm still waiting to receive my bag after 11 working daya waiting... Actually I had to buy another bag to travel... the only reply that I received from them.is sorry we'll try tomorrow and that is.
