Hello Peter, I ordered a bag from IBags on the 14th July 2022. Their policy is that they deliver free products over R1000.00 between 3-5 working days or they will call you should they experience delays. I am very disappointed that it's the 5th working day and still haven't received my delivery. I have been making efforts to send them emails and call them and been promised delivery will take place - still haven't received anything.

Ordered a Christmas gift online, the initial payment couldn't be processed so I repeated the order and payment. I soon saw that the payment went off twice, I sent an email to customer care and they responded quickly and I received the refund immediately. I was impressed with their efficiency and prompt response.

Hi I bought a bag on 27 of nov in Ibags, I asked before buy for the delivery time and they replied me between 3 to 5 days.working days, well I'm still waiting to receive my bag after 11 working daya waiting... Actually I had to buy another bag to travel... the only reply that I received from them.is sorry we'll try tomorrow and that is. I'm.so so dissapointed with that company after buying thins they reply you so quickly and good but after that the acctitud change.<br> Thanks for listening to me.
