I sent an email regarding my CIMA case study exam and on 18 March Ziyanda Folosi said she would call me, today is 8 April and she hasn't called me. I tried calling them on two occasions but I held on for too long. Now, I have to use my airtime again to call an institution that is sitting with my money - R7 000 to be exact. They told me that they can't refund me my money, I asked them why and that's when they promised that they would call but nothing. In the meantime, I need to book my exams. I'm not impressed by the lack of professionalism at this institution.
I must state that I always get the best service from their Sandton branch, but their call center team seems to be sitting in Cape Town and that's were everything goes wrong.
