<div>bad service with no respond when asking for feedback on the claim. I was in communication with ***** since May this year and provided all the required documents. in June. I made follow ups on the 11th August and was told the ID was not clear I need to resend had I not made that follow up I would have not known. I continued making follow ups via email and their wahtsapp channel and I get ignored no sense of urgency. Their service is really pathetic as everyday my month who is a pensioner will ask me to make follow ups and when I respond back saying no one is answering she gets very depressed. I need feedback on the status of this claim.</div>
