I ordered online and my parcel was said it was going to be delivered on the 30th of Dec 2025, they delivered early then the said date and made arrangements for redelivery to take place on the said date 30th. I traveled back early and also made sure there is someone at the house if it happens they come early. Till today my Parcel has not been delivered and I paid, they dont even bother calling you to explain why. The website is just as useless as them.

I made follow ups on the 11th August and was told the ID was not clear I need to resend had I not made that follow up I would have not known. I continued making follow ups via email and their wahtsapp channel and I get ignored no sense of urgency. Their service is really pathetic as everyday my month who is a pensioner will ask me to make follow ups and when I respond back saying no one is answering she gets very depressed. I logged are call to have my service downgraded due to financial issues mid May, I was told the service will downgrade in June, come June am still been charged for the same service and when I complained they told me it will start in July, we in July still same issue which no one is willing to assist and coming up with different stories both Accounts and Sales departments are just pathetic they don't now what to say one says down grade will be 1st of August another one saying end of August and no one told me that service will not downgrade when account is in arrears the arrears caused by them by miscommunication and not downgrading my service. I want my service downgraded and the incorrect amount rectified and the arrears from June removed as its caused by your sales department. I will only make the July payment of R700 once you remove all this nonsense and I want to be called back with proper feedback not the bull **** you guys telling me.
I canceled this servix3 last month and was told it's canceled and was refunded today another debit order goes off my account. I want my money back and remove my account from your system
I joined this med insurance this year Jan thinking it will easy the medical aid pressure. I was told it covers GP visits and I top up for hospital cover as well. I got sick recently and went to clicks was told the Flexiplus does mot allow to pay for medication as well as the clicks clinic I had to use my last cent to make the payment. I told them and they said they will cancel and refund me back within 24 hours this was on the 27th of Marxh till today I have not received my 3 months refund and they do not respond back to emails.
This people a very helpless we have been complaining about the amounts that I been charged every month on our bill and they dont want to assist us telling us we must pay and log a complain after. Ever since we lived in this house we have been making payment the actual amount we need to pay monthly is R1300 but we will pay R1400 or R1500 (extra with R200) but their statement will come back saying we owing 6000 + which they including the developers fees that they need to pay and we sent them the meter reading before we moved in but they failing to collect from the developer cause they know they been paid by Cosmopolitan hence they dont want to collect this amount from them. They keep on cutting our electricity for nothing cause all they need to do is collect this money from Cosmo but no cause they all ******* they not. This people a really full of **** they better sort out this before we escalate this further cause they think we dont know people from higher places as well.
I ordered McDonald yesterday 28/01/2022 at Brackenhurst and they never deleivered the drinks ordered with the meal, when I asked Tshepo the ubber guy he told me that he did mention to Jabu who works at McDonald Brackenhurst that the order was missing and he was told no everything is in order and he also mentioned that this Jabu guy its not the 1st time he does this 2 weeks back he did the same for another customer. I called the store and advised what happened and they told me they will call me back till today I did not receive any call and Tshepo said he was going to return back with the missing items but never returned back, they charged me for this items and dont want to reimbues me.
My kids have been attending this school last year in Protea Glen ext 26 named Acudeo College. I have been paying my kids school fees in time and ended up in are credit which they dont want to pay back. I was told to email the statement, and some documents they let me fill in before the 15th December 2021 which I did when ever I follow up they know telling me to send confirmation letter from the bank which is bull **** as they never said that from the start. This Manake women keeps on sending me the same email over and over and dont want to refund me back. I need my money back as my kids are no longer in that school.
Till today I have not received the recording that this **** said they will send I spoke to Millicent Maswanganyi and she kept on saying bull**** stories about the volume of the recording which is clear that they playing dum in not paying back my claim...why the hell should I log the call what a you been paid for that you cannot escalate the call...I want that recording as you stated Millicent Maswanganyi.
I joined clientele 2014 / 2015 its been 5 years in 2020 since I have been with this company but the treatment I got when I claimed for my fathers passing last week ever since they been telling me they still busy with my investigation my Father is even 6 feet know. The time I joined this F*** company they said if you don't claim after 5 years you get your money back not sure how many percent you get back but that never happened to me, secondly when I wanted to increase my policy they said it will cover immediately there is no waiting period but to my surprise when I got a call to join their legal I was told that with the changes I made I need to wait for 6 months which I than told them to cancel that as I was given incorrect info, I received a call from Vuyo if not mistaken and told me he will call me back and forward my policy with the amendments till today he is doing that. The part that really ****ed me up was when I claimed last week for my father as he passed away on the 17/01/2021 am been told bull **** stories that my policy was reinstated and will only effective in February this year what kind of **** is that no one ever told me about any waiting period when reinstating your policy. I want my money back I have been paying this ****en company for so many years and this is the kind of bull **** service they provide to their clients. I want my money paid back today am tired of this stupid sms you busy sending me saying that my complain is been assessed .
