I ordered last year March, till today my orders are pending no offer, no action I can't even Commucate with them. They don't respond on their email

This guys sold me a ford mustang to the value of R829,000 excluding interests. And with interest works up to R1,5m. But immediately i left their garage with the car, i heard the jerking on the gearbox when on sports mode. I immediately notified Daniel, and as they had informed me of the need to update the software, he said it is. When they fetched the car on the 27th Aug he told me the car will take 3 hours. And later, i was informed that the gearbox have been stripped to replace a particular filter. Which then i was told it will take three days. And four days later, i was told they are not sure what the problem is. Then i started to panic, i asked them to take me to whichever ford dealership the car is so i can go hear the actual story. Then, my request to go see my car was not granted. The next problem i requested the phone number of the Manager of the dealer and then i was told its against the company policy to give the customers the managers numbers. Two weeks later i was told that my car will be ready on the 13th Sep, and then i made a request to go see the progress of the car. Which was also denied. I was now worried my car is not at ford dealers but at backyard mechanic. It should not be a problem me seeing where my car is. Be it as it may, i then send an email to them informing them that i will cancel the deal since there is so much inconvenience that i am suffering ever since i bought the car if i dont get to see where my car is and dont have a clear commitment as to when i am getting the car. I sold my other car thinking i have a car to drive, now i have to use taxi,bolts and ask neighbours to help me commute. They ignored my mail. two days later i send an email to the dealership and the Absa bank informing that i am cancelling the deal. The dealer will settle the bank and keep the car. They still have not responded to them cancelling the deal. I gave them an option that if they want me to keep the car, and of course if its driving properly, they will have to pay for the one month instalment since they sold me the unusable car. During the time they are busy fixing it , i have to be inconvenienced. The bank contacted them, and even then, they ignored the email and never responded. I am partly to be blamed cause i saw their review on the internet but i still went ahead to buy a car with them. the last email was send yesterday and i had said they must respond by end of business day yesterday. As their culture, no response. This guys are very nice when you are busy buying the car, once they have given you the problamatic car, you have to work at their mercy. And they don't care about the inconvenience.

Don't bother with them. Extremely unprofessional. They don't reply to their email when you mention any sort of unsatisfaction. They sell damaged cars and don't want to account at all. I reported them to the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman as well to see if they'll do anything.

I bought a car in April from IdealDrive where I was told that the owner was not in the country and I would receive my spare key as soon as he is back, I did a foolow up and was later on told that signed that I did not need a spare key, or that I was okay with the fact that I did not receive one.

I have bought a 2013 Pajero through iDeal Drive in April 2018. I had very good service with excellent after sales service, Melande did a great job and made sure when I had to send my vehicle for the fitment of the tow bar that she lend me a vehicle to get around for the day. I have in the meantime referred people to her which also bought vehicles from them, all with very good report on their service. It is always easy to criticize bad service but we also need to reward good service. Thank you for the service I received and I still enjoy my vehicle every day.

I have bought a 2013 Pajero through iDeal Drive in April 2018. It is always easy to criticize bad service but we also need to reward good service. Thank you for the service I received and I still enjoy my vehicle every day.
