MTN is a ****
MTN is disgraceful, We had a R260 router wifi for 24 months, When we cancelled the contract after 24 months they still deducted more than double a month. When I call the customer centre they send me from pillar to post. I've been on the phone for more than an hour with 4 different consultant that I have to repeat myself to. MTN is a **** and I will never use them for anything

I wrote a review some time back and WBC said they're investigating. Im here again to complain because nothing has been done to date? I've never been contacted.

WBC doesn't care about consumers once the car leaves the dealership
I complained about Sandra at WBC Mbombela + two months ago and nothing has been done about my complaint, no follow up has been done. WBC doesn't care about its consumers and the quality of the customer service. Every day I'm in a bad mood I'll come here and leave a 1 star :)

Was helped by a lady who's name is Sandra who's an F&I at We Buy Cars Mbombela, we still have'nt received any documentation pertaining the car, we dont have a dekra report/ roadworthiness certificates. When we contact her on Whatsapp she leaves us on read. I think she's super unprofessional and condenscending as well. She'll gas-light you as well.

Best insurance ever... Had cover with them and had an accident less than a month where the car was written off, paid off in less than a week seamlessly.

Don't bother with them
Don't bother with them. Extremely unprofessional. They don't reply to their email when you mention any sort of unsatisfaction. They sell damaged cars and don't want to account at all. I reported them to the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman as well to see if they'll do anything.
