I have bought 4 items in Nov 2019 and only 1 item was delivered. It has been a nightmare dealing with idealdirect.co.za - support emails are not answered, messenger on there website & facebook points you to the support email and the phone number listed doesn't work. Finally got a response from a guy, Phindile in early Des. He promised a refund but the excuses just piled up. Can't return it to the credit card used in the transaction, provide another account, waiting on a director approval... I have basically given up hope and realised that I'll never see the refund. Don't make the same mistake. Rather use an online platform which has a good reputation and a working number.
