Booked on Ebucks Travel for a flight with car hire. I had to extend my travel with 1 day. Changing the flight was no problem as this is done with the airline, booking an extra day of car hire resulted in the full amount without 40% discount as this is now seen as a new booking although the flight has been changed as well. So if your flight changes, be aware you will be liable for the full car amount rental fee.
I tried in vain to open an account for a Trust for a week and are no closer that when I started. Everyone in FNB including the 'private banker' seems to be clueless. I have pushed from pillar to post with no-one being able to assist. Taking my business to a bank that knows what a Trust is to start off with.
I have bought 4 items in Nov 2019 and only 1 item was delivered. It has been a nightmare dealing with idealdirect.co.za - support emails are not answered, messenger on there website & facebook points you to the support email and the phone number listed doesn't work. Finally got a response from a guy, Phindile in early Des. He promised a refund but the excuses just piled up. Can't return it to the credit card used in the transaction, provide another account, waiting on a director approval... I have basically given up hope and realised that I'll never see the refund. Don't make the same mistake. Rather use an online platform which has a good reputation and a working number.
