Its almost a month now with this whole claim process , the claim was submitted for a cracked screen but now idroidlab is claiming that there is a problem with the phones battery. how I don't know!! as I have never had any issues with the battery , battery life was ok , have never had any signs or my phone showing any indication of having battery problems .I don't know if this is a way to bill MTN more money , who knows .
at this point I just want my phone , this claim process is tedious and has left me at uneasy , my anxiety and emotionally I am not ok .
my life is onhold , I cannot excess anything both my sim and phone is with idroidlab .
MTN may I please just get my phone back , do not do any more testing !!just give it back ., it seem like the moment one thing is fixed the is another fault , makes you wonder how it was not initially picked up immediately when the phone got to the repair center/when the 1st testing was done .
again may I just get back what is mine !!
clearly with both companies there is just no TCF .....
