IFA clientèle

I cancelled my policy on the 16th of July and I was told my money will be back in my account within 8 days, after 6 days I decided to check again if it was cancelled I was told yes it and funds would be in my acc with 48hr. I haven’t experienced such poor service like this in a long time. Now I’m going to look like the bad guy when the company is quick to take my money and doesn’t wanna bring it back when I don’t wanna do it anymore
